History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Elf, and stands approximately 4'10". She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, and her gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. She has red hair. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Oppleby's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.
