Personality: Gilkass hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She got into the Shepherd business at a young age. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
