He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a grey tunic with pastel highlights, and long red pants that bunch up around his shoes. His white hair is knotted and matted. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Shivering lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Shivering alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has shaved his head bald. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He uses divination through singing.

History: Kody was born the youngest of three triplets. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Vapula was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
