Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. One day when Varis was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Varis was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. His skin is dark but he possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Seamstress business.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Alston was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a great chef.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Orryn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To be a Merchant again; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'11" when asserting himself. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Brottor was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Brottor alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He keeps his gold crest in a flapper bob. His half smiles and gold eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born in the south. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC.
