History: He was born into a rich family. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Varis hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Revenge; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a trident, but if one is not available he will default to his shield. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She was born in a small forest village. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She bought a falchion and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
