History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Naal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Mishann was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Herbalist for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Herbalist responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born in the north to a Soapmaker, Hogar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
