Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. Vepar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Vepar was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over.
