Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Bardryn is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Bardryn was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep green leather and dull black iron scale mail. His crest is red and curly. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Torinn was born with his mother's beautiful face. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her hair is chestnut and curly. Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.
History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. Being a Merchant kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and expand her business

Description: This western woman dresses in red turtlenecks beneath a green coat with black slacks. Her clothes are grease stained in places. She has dyed her greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. Her gray eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. During her travels, Philomena and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Philomena discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Philomena fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is her passion.
