Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
