History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. Millicent Harrington, Female Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a grey tunic with black highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around her shoes. She has blonde hair. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her blue eyes.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Millicent is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
