Description: Her right side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her morningstar with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Valida embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. The war was a terrible time for her, and Valida does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Valida hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and many goblins want her driven away

Description: She tends to wear a large pastel jacket, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'1" when asserting herself. Her orange fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her copper eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Two Llamas was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Two Llamas's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears a pastel vest and prefers yellow and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His beige fur is braided into rings. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Skirt lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of his son

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His crest is short and silver. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Zedaar hails from a village terrorized by drow. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and he is unsatisfied with his job
