Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Shava took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up pickaxe and armor she uses now. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dyer.

The war was a terrible time for him, and Raer does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Sailor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Resh was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Resh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Resh. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born in the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
