Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Kaladan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and many goblins want him driven away

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Cumpen hails from a village terrorized by orcs. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she wants revenge against orcs

Description: A 4'8" southern woman, she wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. She has wavy black hair. Her fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To protect her home; and to clean up the streets

Description: This light-skinned female wears a tattered pair of loose brown pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and doesn't want to be a detective and was forced into it by her family
