History: Mumpena lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This malnourished woman wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her hair is chestnut and very short. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 27. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Vaina is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to unite with her sister

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born in the west to a Soapmaker, Nimble learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Soapmaker. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she has money and likes to spend it
