Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He became a Carter soon after.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
