History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Purson grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: She was born into a rich family. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and balancing her hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult
