History: Nim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Aura was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Weaver they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Actor, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and further expansion of business

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to protect his home

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A freak accident while working with his Marshal father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult; and to unite with his brother
