History: The child of a Sage, who enjoyed hunting, Emerald was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student he started as a Sage, but he got bored and became a Miner. He has achieved small success as a Miner.

History: Arjhan was born with his mother's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: Eldeth was born with her mother's beautiful face. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bather. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
