Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Painter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in.
