Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears baggy green pantaloons and a pastel scarf. She wears her silver crest up. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 2. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Butcher but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Barber father left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He wears his white hair down. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Peren isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Peren grew up listening to his mother's many stories. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barber born in the past three hundred years. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barber.

Motivation: Expand his business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his left hand. He wears his white fur down. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
