Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a white coat with brown slacks. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears a tan vest and prefers black and blue shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Herbalist business.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He stands about 4'1" and dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Fargrim never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and to end her boredom

Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She worked as a nervous Tailor and found it very stressful. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a shoemaker again
