Description: She wears grey trousers with pastel and brown striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts, and she perpetually has her hand crossbow ready. Her white hair is heavily combed to the left. She has a dull look in her amber eyes.
Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Barbena was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'8" when asserting himself. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Gardener work with an outfit from a few towns over. Gardener work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Gardener and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is his passion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she likes to wear ponchos typically of a light red in addition to tight pants. Her silver hair is smooth and relatively long. Her amber eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: The child of a Spice Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Rose was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Rose took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up whip and armor she uses now. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Rose never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Aym was born with her mother's beautiful face. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: She got into the Layabout business at a young age. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She's also a talented Animal Trainer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
