Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Rhogar was a troubled youth. Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. Nedda enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the south to a Tanner, Nedda learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she has passion for adventuring and risk
