Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: Baern was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He worked as a nervous Herbalist and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
