Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears a white shirt, with a black mid length skirt with black tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. This violet eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Body Guard but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Pennie lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Courier they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Body Guard, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: An older man who is dressed in a clean yellow cloak covering his clean studded leather, he is not a threatening figure. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs, and is pretty ugly. She has blue hair. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are red.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she wants revenge against gnolls

Description: This malnourished man wears a tattered pair of loose grey pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His silver hair is heavily combed to the left. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
