Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Joan and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. Naeris enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Gifted from a young age, Naeris studied abroad. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mortician they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Assassin. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Jo was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
