History: Born in the east to a Carpenter, Lorm learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. She has wavy chestnut hair. Her blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Yurgunn was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Description: She wears a simple white robe with yellow stripes complete with hood. Her wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears tattered old clothes. Her purple hair is smooth and relatively long. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Bune is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Bune and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Nemeia isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Nemeia was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.
