Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears bulky blue painted plate armor. His hair is short and golden. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kipper embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Interpreter profession.
History: Born in the south to a Merchant, Kipper learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kipper grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kipper. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

She wears her chestnut hair up. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.
History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: The light-skinned woman stands 4'2" and usually wears her grey robe and has her sai always slung over her shoulder. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nora grew up listening to her father's many stories. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: With green face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she prefers to wear blue pants and tee shirts. Her hair is long and silver with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small blue clips. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Mumpena is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Glassblower work with an outfit from a few towns over. Glassblower work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Healer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This younger middle-aged man is wearing a long, brown cloak, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He sports a flattop fur cut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to pay off his debts
