Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Ortegar's homeland. Ortegar decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ortegar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Description: She usually wears her blue robe and has her scythe always slung over her shoulder. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Ilanis took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up scythe and armor she uses now. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Criella grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her first spouse was a Dyer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
