History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Hugolina reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away.
