History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Edge was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Her broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Silent hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
