Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born in the north to a Carter, Broce learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Broce was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was born in a small plains village. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. Her white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Miller profession.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Her childhood dream was to be a Miller, but she was a colossal failure. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to be a miller again

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a quarterstaff on his belt. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She is portly but not overly obese. Her brown hair is thinning but still full. Her ears are large.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. The war was a terrible time for her, and Symma does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Symma fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she feels kind of lost in life
