Description: An older man who prefers to wear flannel, he is not a threatening figure. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ortegar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ortegar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Cressel learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Interpreter and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
