History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Jillian lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Marshal and was forced into it by her family; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Weaver. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
