History: Akra was born with her father's beautiful face. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 15 years.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born into a rich family. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
