History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nelkin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Nelkin reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
