History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Personality: Akmen is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Akmen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: Luthra was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with his Ploughman mother left him crippled. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and further expansion of business
