History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kite grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Being a Miller kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and a deep hatred of brigands
