Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Georgina was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Georgina decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Cartwright kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Cecily was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Cecily's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and sabotage a competitor
