Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Fragrant was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Phann was born with her mother's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She tends to her Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her hair is long and white with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small violet clips. She has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and retire the richest woman in the east
