History: He was born in the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Emerald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Emerald. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Ûshbaka and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

History: Ogbur hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
