Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Pearl is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Gifted from a young age, Pearl studied abroad. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pearl fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a very tight haircut. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Scribe father left him crippled. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Spice Merchant and was forced into it by his family; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Nemeia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and wishes to resurrect an old love
