Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'2" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears dull grey sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed morningstar, just in case. Her white hair is long and unkept. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Morana fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He became a Bounty Hunter soon after.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This late middle aged man wears tattered old clothes and is in decent physical shape. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Falkrunn and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she has money and likes to spend it
