Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Robert embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born in the north. After coming to the age of reason, Robert took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. After a long history of fighting, Robert and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears blue painted combat armor at almost all times. She wears her white hair up. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Quelenna is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student she started as a Map Maker, but she got bored and became a Cartwright. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Avelina hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Mary was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
