History: He was born in the east. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Spy for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new spy responsibilities is difficult

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
