History: Born in the south to a Spice Merchant, Nalaed learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying south to reunite her family. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Rimple isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He worked as a nervous Carter and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Carter.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His first spouse was a Guard, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He is portly but not overly obese. He has wavy white crest. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Pijjirik grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Pijjirik. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Phelaia was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
