History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He found a children's book about a Halfling Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

History: Born in the south to a Mason, Zedaar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mason for hire.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
