History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Elysande was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a great chef.

History: Born in the north to a Weaver, Balimaar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Jezebeth lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She worked as a nervous Carter and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and doesn't want to be a carter and was forced into it by her family
