Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
