Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Valanthe was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She's also a talented Shoemaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Brewer responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Her hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
